Do not eat two hours before your massage as massage slows the parasympathetic nervous system which will slow digestion, causing discomfort during massage and probably gas..
Do not schedule Physical Therapy, dental appointments, or other toxin releasing services within two days of your massage due to overworking the area (s) or toxin release... Chiropractic and massage go well same day..
As there is more effort for DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE please note I charge $20.00 extra if you ask for this service. * Deep tissue and other conditions are contraindicated for patients on blood thinners. On a special price - still a great deal compare..... you save at least 1/2 off Spa prices, same service... Before or after my business hours or weekends add $20.00 to regular rates.. Thank you

NO SHOW or no cancel within 24 hours, ON A GIFT CERTIFICATE, prepaid, package or barter (or if barter and you do not complete your end) WILL VOID THE Massage and/or use one of the package visits. Gift certificates are non refundable and must be used by expire date..If your gift certificate is during normal business hours (most are) and you need a Saturday or Sunday, you can pay the difference and come in if availability Failure to show for appointments or send someone in your place, or to give proper notice to change or cancel, will result in a 100% charge for the service. The time you reserve is your set aside time and proper notice for cancellation allows someone else to enjoy a treatment in that time slot. By scheduling an appointment you agree to pay for any no show or not canceled with 24 hour notice appointments. You will be billed via paypal for missed appointments. Observing this courtesy helps to maintain high standards for timeliness for you and others and to schedule others in that reserved time.
As I do not remember each gift, If you send someone in your place or give a gift certificate please let the recipient know if you have taken care of the tip Note Gift Certificates and barter services expire in one year so please use asap... Please be on time to maintain the schedule for all. The time you are scheduled for is the time you will receive. BE ON TIME..time....there is no credit given for time missed. the time in between massage is my self care time, sanitize, meals, etc,, thank you.
So we all can stay on schedule I allow 10 minutes for you to regroup after your massage, that way you know what time you will be walking out the door for your schedule....
